We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

All orders are usually dispatched within 10 working days.

All UK orders that weigh over 1.3 kg (3 regiments or more) are sent via our courier service, all other UK orders are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. All overseas orders are dispatched using Royal Mail - Airmail.

Returns:

If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase. This option is available for 21 days after delivery.

Following the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you return your goods within 7 working days* from the day of delivery. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it.

* ‘Working days’ means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

There are two ways to refund your purchase:

1. Via the ‘Contact us’ facility on the Contact Page.
2. By phoning us on 01803 698568 with your order reference number and delivery details to hand.

We’ll provide a full refund for the cost of the product plus the delivery charge paid. Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card.

Cancellations:

If I change my mind...

You’ve changed your mind about the item you’ve purchased and want to cancel your order before your delivery - no problem.

There are two simple ways to cancel your delivery:

1. By phone:
   Just call our contact telephone number on 01803 698568 and we’ll discuss the cancellation with you and whether you’d prefer to have an alternative product sent to you, or a refund.
2. By e-mail:
   Just e-mail us on info@renegademiniatures.com and let us know you wish to cancel or whether you’d prefer to have an alternative product sent to you, or a refund. Giving your name, order reference number, contact telephone number, address (invoice & delivery) and the products (with quantities) you wish to cancel. This includes all or part of your order.
